Terms of Service

Effective date: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (the Terms) set out the rules for using buchecha.com (the Site) and for buying from Buchecha. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

Buchecha is a trade name of FEJI YH LLC, based in Chandler, AZ. Through this Site we sell Baby & Family Home products for families.

Who may use the Site

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you give us when ordering is accurate, current and complete.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at support@buchecha.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Products and descriptions

Each product is described on its own product page. We work to keep descriptions, photos, sizes and quantities accurate, but small variations in color or measurement can occur. We may change, update or withdraw any product listing at any time without notice.

Using our products

Please read each product description, including sizes, care instructions and any supervision notes, before use, and use every item only for its intended purpose. Products for babies and young children should always be used under the supervision of an adult.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable sales tax. The full cost of your order, including the product price, any shipping cost and taxes, is displayed at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, and we reserve the right to correct errors in prices or product information, even after an order has been placed; if a correction affects your order, we will contact you before going ahead.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud; if we cancel after you have paid, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@buchecha.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer be cancellable.

Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payments are processed securely at checkout by Shopify Payments. There are no hidden fees: every charge is shown before you confirm your purchase.

Shipping

We ship only within the United States, to all 50 states; international shipping is not available. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Our Shipping Policy explains processing and delivery times in full.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and wrong items received. Eligibility, time limits and the return process are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with its security or normal operation;
• scrape, copy or reproduce its content without our written permission;
• upload viruses, malicious software or other harmful code;
• try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, product images, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Buchecha and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use it without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

The Site and our products are provided on an as is and as available basis. We do our best to keep the Site accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Please read each product page and use products as described, including any supervision notes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buchecha and FEJI YH LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of products, including loss of data, revenue or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buchecha, FEJI YH LLC and its members and service providers from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Arizona.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.
