Paying for your order at Buchecha should be quick and worry-free. Here is how it works, from the options you can choose to what happens after you click to pay.

How your payment is protected

Every payment is processed by Shopify Payments, which meets PCI-DSS security standards. The whole checkout runs over SSL/TLS encryption, and we never store your full card details on our own systems.

Prices and charges

All prices on our site are shown in US Dollars (USD). Before you confirm an order, the checkout shows the full total, including the product price and any applicable sales tax. Standard shipping is free, and there are no hidden fees or surprise charges added later. Your payment method is charged when you place and confirm your order.

After you pay

Once the payment goes through, an order confirmation is sent to your email. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, and if it still is not there, write to us at support@buchecha.com.

If a payment is declined

Check that your billing details are entered exactly as they appear with your bank.
Make sure enough funds are available on the card or account.
Ask your bank or card issuer whether a restriction is blocking the payment.
Try another of the payment methods listed above.
