Every Buchecha parcel travels with a tracking number. We prepare orders within 0-1 business days, email you the number as soon as the parcel is on its way, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Enter your tracking number below to see where your order is right now.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation: arrives by email right after checkout and includes your order number.
- Shipping email: sent when the carrier collects your parcel, with the tracking number and a link to follow it.
- Carrier updates: the tracking page updates at each stage until the parcel reaches your door.
Tracking not moving?
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping email. If there has been no update for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email support@buchecha.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier and follow it up for you.
