Orders and delivery
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount to reach.
Where can you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How soon will my parcel arrive?
We process orders within 0-1 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2-3 business days.
How do I follow my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves us, we email you a tracking number so you can check its progress at any time.
Paying
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments, which is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and we never store your full card details.
Returns and refunds
What can be returned?
We accept returns for items with a manufacturing defect, items damaged in transit and wrong items received, as long as you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. The full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@buchecha.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, plus photos if the item is damaged or faulty. We review every request within 1-2 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Once the returned item has reached us and been inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Your bank may need a little extra time to show it.
Our products
Are your products new?
Yes. Everything sold at Buchecha is brand new and arrives in its original packaging.
How should I clean silicone feeding items?
Wash them before the first use and after every use with warm soapy water, then let them dry completely. Any extra care notes, such as dishwasher use, are listed on the product page.
Are the craft supplies suitable for young children?
Modeling clay, pipe cleaners with wire ends and small craft pieces are best used with an adult at the table. Keep craft supplies away from babies and toddlers.
Where do I find sizes and capacities?
Dimensions, capacities and piece counts are listed on each product page. Some are measured by hand, so allow for a small difference.
